When our shop location closed on December 1st, 2022 all bicycle donations, tires, wheels, and parts were given to the Idaho Department of Corrections in Boise. IDDOC and the American Legion Post 201, have a unique and exciting new bicycle project which will give incarcerated veterans the opportunity to give back to the community by learning bicycle mechanics and repairing donated bicycles. The Nampa Bicycle Project is proud to be a part of this “win-win” program. Thanks to your donations we are able to support them with what they need and in return we get the repaired bicycles to meet the needs of Canyon County.
Children’s bicycles that were formerly in the NBP inventory have been donated to the Boise Bicycle Project for their 2022 Holiday Kids Bike Giveaway. They will bring LOTS of smiles to kids all over the Treasure Valley!
